Canon ME200S-S: video camera Super 35mm con innesto EF e autofocus Dual Pixel

Many of you will certainly remember the Canon ME20F-SH, characterized by the ability to record movies in low light conditions, pushing the sensitivity up to ISO 4 million. Now also comes ME200S-SH, united to her sister on the particular form factor and Cubic grafting with Canon EF Cinema Lock. It is equipped with a Super 35mm CMOS sensor of 8.29 megapixels and records in Full HD up to 50p / 59.94P in oversampling.

ME200S-SH supports Canon Log and the Japanese brand says 12-stop dynamic range, offering a range of ISO equivalent of 320 to 204,800. Furthermore, the use of that profile should make it much easier to integrate the camera into the productions already using cameras such as the EOS C100 Mark II or EOS C300 Mark II. The focus is assigned to the Dual Pixel CMOS system (DAF), one of the most reliable systems at the moment to focus during video recording.
