The WhatsApp team makes it even faster access to popular instant messaging service via computer, releasing the official client for Windows PC and Mac OS X. It is an application that makes it no longer necessary to access the site of WhatsApp Web to view and respond to messages received. The principle of operation is in any case similar to the web counterpart: the application becomes an extension of your smartphone replicating the conversations and messages in the mobile client.
After installation, as well as with Web WhatsApp, you need to scan the QR code using the app WhatsApp on your smartphone. Later, you can continue to use the service directly from your computer, without the need to interact with the mobile device. Being a native Windows application and OS X, the official client of WhatsApp can take advantage of the operating system, from the system of native notifications on your computer to get to the keyboard shortcuts that make it easier to compose messages.
The client faithfully replicates the options available in the mobile version: You can take advantage of the capabilities for single and group chat, take action to change your profile settings, zoom in and out interface elements and send pictures, videos and documents taking them into the chat directly from your computer's resources.
The application of WhatsApp for computers, can be downloaded by connecting to the following address and is compatible with PCs based on Windows 8 and later, and Macs equipped with OS X 10.9 and later. As said, to ensure the correct operation you must have previously installed on your smartphone the mobile client available for Android platforms, iOS and Windows Phone and downloadable from their store.
Appreciated the efforts of the WhatsApp team aimed at making it even easier access to the messaging service via computer. It remains of course unchanged the opportunity to continue to exploit Web WhatsApp that will be appreciated by those who prefer to convey the management of WhatsApp in the browser without having to install a separate application.
