Cooler Master launches three new products 'Maker': a case, a heat sink and a 1200W PSU

Cooler Master has announced the official launch in Italy of three new products for the PC community Maker series, designed to provide a fully customizable system that gives users the opportunity to express and enjoy their own creativity. The new line-up consists of a case, MasterCase Maker 5; an air cooler, MasterAir Maker 8; and a power supply 1200W, Masterwatt Maker 1200.

All houses of MasterCase series have a common characteristic, that the producer holds in the name of FreeForm Modular System, with which the user has free will on the configuration choices based on multiple possibilities of assembly. MasterCase Maker 5 offers four USB 3.0 ports, one of which is reversible with the new Type-C format, and buttons on the panel I / O for controlling the speed of the fan and LEDs.

top panel and front are hooked to the rest of the chassis with some magnetic media, while, on the upper one, the user can choose different coverages that favor specific characteristics, such as the passage of air. The case can contain up to six 140mm fans and has three fans with red LED strips, while the front part is designed for the installation of a liquid cooling system from 280mm.

Based on the demands of the community of fans Cooler Master has created two new accessories for the houses: a side panel of tempered glass (€ 49.99) and a support for the video card (14.99 €). The company promises the arrival on the market of other accessories.

MasterAir Maker 8 is, according to Cooler Master, the first cooler air to the world to use Vapor Chamber technology 3D (3DVC) that "merges the base with heatpipe" helping to improve cooling by 19% compared to devices equipped exclusively of copper base. It is a heat sink designed for "intensive gaming and overclocking", emphasizes Cooler Master. The user can choose the design for the top cover, or choose from those available in bundle: including a translucent cover or an aluminum plate.

The latest product launched in Italy by the company is Masterwatt Maker 1200 Digital: it is a fully modular power supply 80+ Titanium certificate that offers 94% efficiency. The device is equipped with a FP Silencio 135mm fan that keeps vibration and noise to a minimum while still providing high air pressure. All important parameters can be monitored at any time through the app for Windows smartphones, Android and iOS.

Following are the closing prices of three different products:

Cooler Master MasterCase Maker 5: € 260 VAT included
Cooler Master MasterAir Maker 8: € 156 VAT included
Cooler Master Masterwatt Maker 1200: € 399 VAT included
Along with the launch of new products Cooler Master announced the campaign "Power Your Passion" in order to encourage people from diverse backgrounds to pursue their passion, including 3D animation, stop motion animation, virtual reality, modding, design, gaming, overclocking .

Apple’s AI Push: Everything We Know About Apple Intelligence So Far

Apple’s WWDC 2025 confirmed what many suspected: Apple is finally making a serious leap into artificial intelligence. Dubbed “Apple Intelligence,” the suite of AI-powered tools, enhancements, and integrations marks the company’s biggest software evolution in a decade. But unlike competitors racing to plug AI into everything, Apple is taking a slower, more deliberate approach — one rooted in privacy, on-device processing, and ecosystem synergy. If you’re wondering what Apple Intelligence actually is, how it works, and what it means for your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you’re in the right place. This article breaks it all down.   What Is Apple Intelligence? Let’s get the terminology clear first. Apple Intelligence isn’t a product — it’s a platform. It’s not just a chatbot. It’s a system-wide integration of generative AI, machine learning, and personal context awareness, embedded across Apple’s OS platforms. Think of it as a foundational AI layer stitched into iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and m...

The Silent Revolution of On-Device AI: Why the Cloud Is No Longer King

Introduction For years, artificial intelligence has meant one thing: the cloud. Whether you’re asking ChatGPT a question, editing a photo with AI tools, or getting recommendations on Netflix — those decisions happen on distant servers, not your device. But that’s changing. Thanks to major advances in silicon, model compression, and memory architecture, AI is quietly migrating from giant data centres to the palm of your hand. Your phone, your laptop, your smartwatch — all are becoming AI engines in their own right. It’s a shift that redefines not just how AI works, but who controls it, how private it is, and what it can do for you. This article explores the rise of on-device AI — how it works, why it matters, and why the cloud’s days as the centre of the AI universe might be numbered. What Is On-Device AI? On-device AI refers to machine learning models that run locally on your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or edge device — without needing constant access to the cloud. In practi...
