Even Acer is preparing to enter the world of VR solutions

Acer also declared itself willing to develop solutions for the world of virtual reality, with a debut already indicated for the first half of the year. It is, at least on paper, an important step not only interesting for the Taiwanese company, called by some years now to better diversify its business activities compared to the traditional PC.

The Taipei Times website reports that it is the same company CEO Jason Chen, to have anticipated this intention publicly. Lack detail, but the words of Chen refers to a new technology in a long time working in the company and that will surprise a bit 'all.

In addition to working at Acer hardware it is committed to developing a sustainable business model for their own VR solutions. And 'this a theme undoubtedly very interesting and to our fundamental view for the future of virtual reality solutions evolution. The current emphasis is projected into the world of gaming, but in the medium to long term, VR solutions will be essential tools in many sectors of professional capacity.

It will be the migration to use not purely videogame of virtual reality solutions that will enable this ecosystem to grow and proliferate, supporting the costs related to technological development. We are only at the dawn of the spread of virtual reality tools and emphasis on gaming is in many natural ways. We believe that soon must come a time when the VR viewers, and applications to these combined, will hold true in the service sector and more generally will become solutions adopted by companies not directly involved in the computer industry.

This will be the step that will allow the various companies engaged in this ecosystem to extend its commercial horizons, making the VR solutions more accessible and used by the general public as a tool that can both entertain and explore, is to help in making purchasing decisions or experience of use of newspaper type.
