Drones: great success for those inflatable

Discussions on drones, especially in regard to security, are on the agenda: it dates back a few days ago -for example - the no-fly zone area of Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, where he held the Super Bowl, for a radius of 50km. In Italy the regulations have added a lot of complexity for those who want to try their hand, both as an amateur, both as a professional, with this type of flying devices. Among multicopter fixed-wing aircraft or there is a third way that is collecting a lot of success in the industry, and that will be the focus of a conference next week in Rome Drone Conference.

"The spread of 'inflatable drones' is one of the latest phenomena of the drone industry," said Luciano Castro, president of Rome Drone Conference. "The restrictions imposed by the National Board for Civil Aviation in the use of drones multirotori or fixed wing in urban or crowded areas have in fact boosted the use of these balloons, which can fly safely and at low cost. It 'a kind of return to the past, which could see over the next few years the sky again plowed by small and large airships. And Italy, which in the last century wrote the most important pages of the history of flight with lighter aircraft air could again be in the forefront on the world stage ".

The subcategories of this type of equipment are many, ranging from simple radio-controlled blimp tethered to up to metaplano and there are also many realities that already use them or study them: universities, laboratories and companies. With lower costs and considerable security, albeit with speed and maneuver limitations. At the moment those aerial shots from above and monitoring are the two sectors which use this type of aircraft, but thinking about how the backbone of a new type of transport are evolving things does not mean that they can also become goods or persons.
