The Banner Saga is conceived as a trilogy that tells an exciting and innovative story to Viking environment. In this second chapter will return to the beautiful hand-drawn 2D backgrounds that we come to appreciate even in the first chapter, accompanied by the soundtrack composed by Austin Wintory.
The choices of the players will have consequences on the story, which depends at the same time by the choices made in the first The Banner Saga. There will also be new characters and a new race, the "Horseborn". Stoic promises greater strategic depth and fighting even more unpredictable, with the possibility of permanently losing their heroes. As in the first chapter, then, will the need to manage their own caravan, and the food supplies available for the handful of heroes.
