For some time many companies that sell SSD undertook to propose economic-end product lines. The consumer market of these units, in short, you are differentiating in two particular strands, although sometimes the differences are not so marked: on the one hand the so-called fair SSD or entry level, the other those "enthusiast", with performance and features the best card.
For the consumer, this is a good thing, because this competition has led to a purchase price of SSD value of truly affordable levels, and often it is not that they are then a poor choice, as characterized by very good performance. Belong to this end the new SanDisk SSD Z410, proposed cuts in 120GB, 240GB and 480GB with SATA 6Gbps interface.
There is no news of the controller used, while on the front of the SanDisk memories are exploited to 15nm type TLC, of which a small part used as SLC in caching to increase performance in reading and writing. These are respectively of 535MB / s (all cuts) and 410MB / s 440MB / s and 445MB / s respectively for the 120GB, 240GB and 480GB.
The warranty is three years and the endurance TBW of 40, 80 and 120 for the 120GB models, 240GB and 480GB, while the prices will be necessary to keep an eye on online lists because everything depends on the chosen distribution channels and trade agreements. We expect anyway competitive prices from the first entry in the lists.
