Beloved phone telephone operators: new movement born on Change.org

expensive ever requested services, too high bills, telephone operators who use unfair practices against consumers. Against all these abuses to the detriment of the common customer lashes a new movement born on Change.org in order to revolutionize the jungle of telephone companies in Italy. At the moment there are more than 250,000 supporters who have signed a total of six petitions, some of which are already reported within our pages.

The most popular among the petitions that are part of the new movement is "No" on the thirteenth of mobiles. We talked about it last July and now has more than 120,000 supporters launched by Grace Molino the goal is to convince Vodafone, TIM and Wind to restructure in 30 days, the duration of the monthly subscriptions. These were modified in 28 days, applied modification to this day and which increases by one month each year the tariff payments.

Among other petitions we highlight Stop the telephone scams of premium services, addressed to the current Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi. To date the request launched by Marco Claudio Negroni, it was supported by more than 84,000 users and needs other 65,000 signatures to reach the hands of the political. The goal of the petition is to get the request for explicit acceptance to the activation of a paid service, to prevent want to submit by mistake.

The petition seeks essentially to circumvent the problem of activated services "touch of a banner ad," often outright frauds: "For example, touched the banner, it must be necessary to enter the entire number of which calls for the activation of the premium services ", requiring the Change.org users. Without the explicit approval minors, adults and seniors can activate by mistake paid services are not explicitly required and, above all, unwanted.

The other petitions belonging to the movement continues in its wake. For example: I want to know who has been looking for me for free, the institution's request for a guarantee fund for victims of telephone scams, or just unwanted subscription services for smartphones and mobile phones. He concludes the list of the movement against the "Dear phone" the petition Phone companies should establish a relationship with customers and offices of rapid technical support services.

The page "collects all the great and small battles that users and consumers bring forward on Change.org."
