Microsoft Surface Pro 4 books: released new firmware of May

Microsoft Surface Pro and Surface Book 4 represent the current top models in the line of tablets and 2-in-1 Surface. Products subject to a constant process of refinement software with which the Redmond continues to improve performance and stability of several months away from release.

To achieve this goal, Microsoft makes available monthly new system updates that dwell on specific aspects of the software platform; the May update contains several changes that improve the sector driver camera, by the way Windows Hello performances, the authentication system based on the recognition of the face, natively supported by Windows 10 .. Specifically, the changelog of ' update addressed the Surface Pro 4 incorporates the following new features:

It shows, for completeness that a similar update is available for the 2-in-1 Surface Book, produced not officially distributed by Microsoft in the Italian market, but easy to find through the online store or in neighboring markets to the Italian one (for example, in the Swiss one).

The newly described updates can be downloaded and installed via Windows Update. The updates are released in stages, not every Surface, therefore, it might receive them simultaneously. The new firmware fall within the usual patch tuesday, the round of updates that Microsoft releases on the second Tuesday of each month, and that in the coming hours may introduce new security updates for Windows users.
