EA may decide to publish their titles also of NX

Patrick Soderlund, executive vice president of EA Studio, said that Electronic Arts might consider to bring part of its line-up of Nintendo NX, if this view were to have affordable opportunities from a commercial point of view.

"We are in constant touch with them and when they come up with something on the market - whether for us will be a sensible strategy - we will participate," Soderlund explained to the BBC.

The reason that Electronic Arts seems to assess the prospects for good is obviously the daughter of the previous agreements that had affected Wii U. In 2011, the former CEO of Electronic Arts, John Riccitiello, a partership unprecedented had guaranteed by the big N to then retrace their steps in the months immediately following the launch of the console in the shops. The titles published on Wii U were only a handful, including some porting like Mass Effect 3, Need for Speed: Most Wanted and FIFA 13.
Nintendo NX launch was confirmed in March 2017 and further details should be announced later this year. The console does not will be present at E3 in June.
