Ira3D Poetry Infinity: 3D printer to 400 mm per second

Print speeds of up to 400 mm per second speed of head movement up to 1100 millimeters per second and a resolution of up to 15 micron: these are the distinctive features of Poetry Infinity, the 3D printer Ira3D company Novara that for some years He is devoted to 3D printing machines producing molten filament. With the aim of creating a 3D printing machine that can combine operational speed, quality of the objects, operational reliability and simplicity of use, Ira3D designs and manufactures its machines in Italy, optimizing all aspects of mechanical, electronic and logical that They contribute to obtaining a final result of high level.
Many innovations and measures adopted in the construction of Infinity Poetry: first, a mechanical system that makes use of axes of 8mm and a mixed system of bearings and bushings, handling unit extruder, which goes to improve print finish. The printer is also equipped with a metal double extruder, operating up to 330 ° C, for the printing of complex objects that may require the use of soluble supports that can be simply removed with a water bath. The extruder unit nozzles are interchangeable, with the ability to use elements with a diameter of 0.25mm, 0.4mm and 0.8mm for rapid prototyping and even production applications. The printing plate, ceramic hob and heated up to 110 ° C, accommodates objects of the total size of 250x250x300mm.

The machine is matched to the Infinity Slicer software that automates all the settings and parameters of the machine depending on the type of filament used (Ira3D it makes available more than fifteen, in addition to the flexible Gummify filaments and nylon filaments for the production of functional objects ) and of the desired quality. This allows to reduce considerably the margin of error since it is possible to rely on a series of presets that are designed to exploit the technical characteristics of the machine, allowing even non-technical personnel to perform printing operations in simplicity. Ira3D has also thought about the reliability, thanks to Sideckick (an optional additional battery-pack) system that allows you to overcome any power outages, along with Phoenix System, save the progess of the work to resume it at a later time from where it is interrupted.
