cold shower for fans of simulators and automotive consoles. Kunos Simulations and 505 Games have announced a few hours ago a new postponement for release versions of Xbox One and PlayStation 4 Racing suspension. Expected to debut on April 22, the game had already been postponed last February to June 3, but will not arrive even for that date. The launch is now scheduled for 26 and 30 August, respectively, for Europe and for North America.
Made by an Italian development team, Assetto Corsa is one of the most accurate and realistic racing simulation from those available on Steam. Following the success of the Kunos PC version it announced the upcoming release of the console version, which we got to enjoy a few months ago on PS4. Fans of sports driving will have to wait, however, a few more months in order to get your hands on even game content on consoles.
The variants for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will be differentiated for the maximum supported video playback: 900p for the Microsoft console, 1080p full of that of Sony. The two versions will have identical content, including:
Over 90 cars like: Team Lotus 98T, Pagani Zonda R, laferrari, Mercedes C9, McLaren 650S GT3
27 different configurations of tracks, including the famous Silverstone Circuit, Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, Monza circuit and the Nürburgring-Nordschleife
Game modes in both single and multiplayer events including customized, predefined challenges and an extensive Career Mode.
