Here's the video of Doom shown by NVIDIA during the presentation event of the GeForce 1080 GTX

A spectacular and rapid type of action for 6 minutes characterizes the DooM gameplay footage shown by NVIDIA and id Software announce support to Vulkan API in the new shooter that definitely will become available tomorrow.

The footage was captured with the game that ran on the new GeForce 1080 GTX in 1920x1080 resolution and 60 FPS. But during the event id Software it has announced that, due to Vulkan, Doom can achieve frame rates even more consistent with this video card.

Other details lie on GeForce.com, where there is also the option to download the video in uncompressed format for a 2.1GB download.
