JJ Abrams: 'we are working on Half-Life and Portal films'

JJ Abrams has released statements quite clear ALIGN about the projects related to the movie of Half-Life and Portal. "They are both in development," he said. "We have writers who are working on two stories. But we still do not really exciting updates to share."

Abrams is at this time working on the promotion of the new Cloverfield Lane 10, a sort of "spiritual result" of the appreciated 2008 film Cloverfield. The new film is directed by Dan Trachtenberg, who in 2011 had just created a short film dedicated to Portal fan-named Portal: No Escape. The latter was very welcome by the community of fans of Portal and today has over 17 million views on YouTube.

For the moment there are no other details, and this leaves room for many questions: Portal is conceived from the start as a video game set in the Half-Life, but as the two stories are related and how they will be developed in their films?

Abrams, with his film production company Bad Robot, has recently been busy, as popularly known, on the creation of Star Wars: The Awakening of the Force and the third installment of the last film Star Trek series.
