Phase One expands its offer related to System A (Alpa), with the introduction of the new 100-megapixel digital back IQ3 now also available for system XF.
The Alpa system, currently based on the body Alpa 12TC, is a "mirrorless" medium format system that provides image composition from the LCD in Live View mode of the back, and currently offers 3 Rodenstock lenses: the ultra wide-angle 23mm f / 5.6 the wide-angle 35mm f / 4 and the standard 70mm f / 5.6.
The choice of the backs IQ3, which up to now provided the versions 50, 60 and 80 Mpixels, now includes the aforementioned version from 100 Mpixels. The cost of the kit, with its back to 100 Mpixels and 35mm optics, stood at $ 56,000.
