AOC introduces new monitor with Adaptive-Sync for players

The new AOC U2879VF offers native resolution 4K UHD (3840 x 2160 pixels) and Adaptive-Sync support (compatible with FreeSync), characteristics that make it particularly suitable to the public of the players but also to those who are interested in editing videos and photos and office workers.

The TN panel 28 "(71.1 cm) is able to show more than one billion colors (Real 8-bit + FRC). The response time is 1 ms, which ensures low input lag and then the ideal conditions for gaming.

Users have access to multiple types of connectivity through which the product can connect to various devices. Next to 1.2a + DisplayPort, DVI and the VGA, AOC U2879VF is characterized by an ultra fast 2.0 HDMI connector that is characterized by bandwidth up to 18 Gb / 2. This port also boasts a MHL functionality that allows users to view content from a smartphone or tablet at the same time to recharge the battery of the portable devices.

Through the built-Picture by Picture (PBP), the monitor is capable of displaying two sources at the same time. Thanks to 4K UHD resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, both virtual screens are shown with high pixel density (138 PPI). To improve user comfort while using the monitor, they are reduced flickering phenomena commonly emitted by the display.

AOC U2879VF will be available from March 2016 at a suggested retail price of € 399.
