Many of you have probably already noticed that among the Steam payment methods now also include Bitcoin. Valve has entrusted to BitPay service in order to internationalize the media and make it easier in those emerging countries where it is difficult to use credit and debit cards.
"In these countries, more and more people have the internet connection, but very often the traditional payment methods such as credit cards are not available," it said in a blog post. "As the Internet Universal Currency Bitcoin will allow Steam to reach players residing in any part of the world, avoiding high commissions and fraud that may exist in the case of use of traditional payment methods."
It is not the only novelty of today's Steam world, since it is now available for all owners of the original version of the SteamOS edition of Rise of the Tomb Raider, which allows you to play the following Crystal Dynamics with Steam Machine.
